František Čech is a new attorney joining our Prague office since October.

We advised Helanis AG, a Swiss company, on the acquisition of the Schaltag Group, which has more than 250 employees and 11,000 m2 of production space in Switzerland (Effretikon near Zurich), the Czech Republic (Ústí nad Orlicí), Germany (Ravensburg) and Spain (Valladolid).

We provided comprehensive legal advice to the French company LFB SA, which, through its subsidiary Europlasma, acquired the Czech company Amber Plasma, specializing in the opening and operation of plasma collection centers.
