bpv BRAUN PARTNERS advised Energy Exemplar, a portfolio company of Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners, on its acquisition of Czech IT company SIMONE Research Group s.r.o. in the framework of a larger transaction including German LIWACOM GmbH. Our work included the Czech law aspects of the due diligence and transactional advice.
