bpv BRAUN PARTNERS has advised IMMOFINANZ on the sale of Brno Business Park office buildings via a share deal to INFOND investment fund. The transaction was closed on March 9, 2018.
Brno Business Park’s four buildings and 35,000 m2 of office space are among the largest administrative centres in Brno, the largest city in southern Moravia. The main advantages of the complex are the variability and the size of the floors (1,850 m2), plenty of parking spaces around the buildings, and easy access to the D1 and D2 motorways and public transport.
INFOND has been advised by Hladky Legal, Knight Frank and REDBAENK.
The bpv BRAUN PARTNERS team was represented by managing associate Miroslav Dudek and senior associate Pavlína Tejralová.
“The Czech real estate market is still booming. We can also see an increase in demand for high-quality assets outside the capital city. This transaction is living proof of that,” commented managing associate Miroslav Dudek of bpv BRAUN PARTNERS.
