The law firm bpv BRAUN PARTNERS has welcomed a new senior associate, Lucia Šoralová, to its team. Lucia specialises in family, employment, civil and commercial law, as well as real estate law. She has gained her experience from more than a decade of legal practice, working in medium-sized law firms as well as in her own practice.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She went on to study at Manchester Metropolitan University’s School of Law in the United Kingdom. She has been registered with the Czech Bar Association since 2016.
“We see Lucia’s arrival as a natural strengthening of our practice in the areas of family, employment, civil and commercial law. I am confident that she will feel at home in our team and that clients will appreciate her experience,” said Arthur Braun, managing partner at bpv BRAUN PARTNERS.
bpv BRAUN PARTNERS advised the CREDITAS Group on the acquisition of a 100% stake in the British energy group InterGen. The sale was completed in these last few days of January and was subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
