Mgr. David Vosol, M.B.A

David Vosol is a partner at bpv BRAUN PARTNERS in Prague and leads the firm’s banking and finance law practice. In addition to this area, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, litigation and arbitration, real estate and energy law.

Since 2006 he has been a lecturer at IPFM and FSV UK in Prague. During his practice he has been involved in a number of major transactions and is a recommended banking and finance expert by the prestigious rating publication European Legal 500.
