Arthur Braun is the managing partner of bpv BRAUN PARTNERS and leads the M&A practice. In addition to this area, he also specialises in corporate and commercial law, competition law, employment law, Czech and Slovak market entries and German law. During his practice he has been involved in hundreds of transactions of foreign and domestic clients.
