The law firm bpv BRAUN PARTNERS has promoted six lawyers with effect from 1 January 2026. Martin Cír and Jindra Pozniaková have been appointed to the position of Counsel. František Čech, Tomáš Chmelík, David Plevka and Iva Wenzel have been appointed to the position of Managing Associate.
“This year’s promotions are a natural step for us and confirmation of bpv BRAUN PARTNERS’ long-term strategy of systematic talent development. Each of them has long demonstrated a high level of expertise, responsibility towards clients and the ability to take on a broader role and lead a team. I am pleased that we can show our appreciation for their contribution to the firm and also externally,” commented Arthur Braun, managing partner at bpv BRAUN PARTNERS, on the promotions.
In Germany has been a fundamental shift in the regulation of energy storage facilities, known as battery energy storage systems.
