The sale included fully leased properties with a total leasable area of 6,052 m², of which approximately 4,818 m² consists of warehouse space and 1,234 m² of office and administrative space.
bpv assisted the client with the legal aspects of the transaction, ranging from due diligence related to the property transfer, the drafting of the contractual documentation to the final closing of the sale.
