  • preparation of contractual documents, including general terms and conditions (retail and wholesale), contracts for the acquisition, development and/or renewal of technologies in the electricity sector, legal analyses (risk assessments) of contracts concluded with individual contractual partners in the electricity market, including EFET contracts

  • advising and representing clients on acquisitions and due diligence, particularly in connection with the sale or purchase of power plants, grid operators, and energy suppliers, preparing and negotiating transaction documentation and assisting clients with risk identification, interpretation of applicable laws, case law, and regulatory issues, through to implementation of transactions
  • advising on the generation, distribution and trading of electricity, gas and heat
  • advice on renewable energy and public support in the energy sector
  • analysis of feasibility of projects and construction of power generation plants and energy networks and pipelines in relation to Czech and Slovak energy law, EU and international agreements
  • representing clients in negotiations with landowners in the construction of distribution networks
  • issues related to the rights of owners or operators of energy facilities to real estate owned by other persons
