Lucie Kalašová has expanded the ranks of bpv BRAUN PARTNERS JUDr. Lucie Kalašová, LL.M. has become a new partner of bpv BRAUN PARTNERS starting with January 1st 2024.

Lucie has been a long-time associate at our law firm. We are proud to say that our mutual cooperation began in 2007. Lucie specializes in advising on employment law, personal data protection and whistleblowing.

Lucie graduated from the Faculty of Law in Pilsen, where she subsequently obtained her JUDr. She expanded her knowledge during her university studies in Germany at the Faculty of Law of the University of Passau and the Faculty of Arts of the Technical University of Chemnitz. In Passau she also obtained her LL.M. Lucie speaks Czech, English and German. In her law practice she specializes mainly in the field of employment law and data protection. She is also involved in employment law litigation. Prestigious international rating publications Chambers Europe and European Legal 500 recommend her as an expert in employment law and data protection. She is also regularly listed in the “TOP 100 Women in Czech Legal Business”. She is also active in publishing and lecturing. She is a member of the advisory bodies for study and legislative activities at the Czech Bar Association, namely the IT and GDPR Section and the Employment Law Section.
