bpv BRAUN PARTNERS, Mgr. Ing. Lenka Charvátová

The Prague team of bpv BRAUN PARTNERS welcomes a new addition! With effect from 1 March 2023, it will be strengthened by Mgr. Ing. Lenka Charvátová, a lawyer specialising in civil law, litigation, corporate and commercial law and insolvency law.

Lenka Charvátová received her education at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She also holds a degree in business administration from the University of South Bohemia. She speaks Czech, English, German and Spanish and is a member of the Czech Bar Association.

Prior to joining bpv BRAUN PARTNERS, Lenka spent nine years gaining valuable experience as an associate at international law firms.

Announcement of auctions for operational support of electricity production from RES

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced a call for bids in the auction for operating support for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources for modernised power plants using biogas energy with an installed capacity of the power plant after modernisation of 1 MW and above.
