Legal services included support during the due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation and closing of the transaction. The real estate team providing the legal advice to the client consisted of partners Miroslav Dudek and Gabriela Špak Porupková.

The transaction was closed on 21 December 2021. The parties decided not to disclose the value of the transaction.
