Pro bono

We are proud to be able to practice law and we are also aware of the role we play in shaping the society by contributing to positive social changes. We have been providing free law services to charity organisations, which participate in the development of the living conditions of disabled people in the Czech Republic and abroad. We consider this kind of help, rendered as Pro Bono activities, as a natural part of our work.

We are happy to be able to help individuals in need as well as the following organisations:

logo ČSTPS ČSTPS (The Czech Association of Disabled Athletes) was founded in 1990 and follows a long-term tradition of organised sports for disabled people, which dates back to the 1960s.
We have been providing ČSTPS with free legal services since 2005. We represented ČSTPS in a much publicised case concerning its unwarranted removal from the Czech Paralympic Committee, renewal of its membership in the Committee and in the related case of prohibited participation of all Czech disabled athletes at the Paralympic Games in London in 2012.

logo LIGHT FOR THE WORLD The LIGHT FOR THE WORLD is a European confederation of national development NGOs committed to saving eyesight and advocating the rights of persons with disabilities in underprivileged regions of the world.
Since 2007, we provided free-of-charge services to its Austrian branch LICHT FÜR DIE WELT and also to the Czech office SVĚTLO PRO SVĚT.

logo Nadace JUST CS Nadace JUST CS aims to help people in difficult social or life situations that they cannot overcome on their own. It makes contributions to companies providing assistance to those in need so that they can continue improving the living conditions of those in their care.

Our firm began providing pro bono legal advice to Nadace JUST CS in 2016.

logo Community of Christians Community of Christians was established in 1922 as an independent religious organization intended to create a spiritual home for Christians who experienced a lack of understanding, even hostility, in traditional congregations. This community is open to all, regardless of their specific religious convictions, and strives towards a renewal of the religious life in a way appropriate for mankind today.

bpv Braun Partners began providing pro bono legal advice to the community in 2016 regarding its activities.
