Pro bono

We are proud to be able to practice law and we are also aware of the role we play in shaping the society by contributing to positive social changes. We have been providing free law services to charity organisations, which participate in the development of the living conditions of disabled people in the Czech Republic and abroad. We also do our best to support and indirectly help develop young sports we see as worthwhile. We consider supporting sports and pro bono activities in sports to be an integral part of our work.

We are happy to be able to help individuals in need as well as the following organisations:

The organization was established in 1992 as the Czech Floorball Union when floorball was brought to the country from Scandinavia. A year later the Czech Floorball Union was admitted to the International Floorball Federation and Czech Union of Sport. In 2017 the Czech Floorball Union was renamed by decision of the General Meeting to Czech Floorball. Our law office has acted as legal counsel for Czech Floorball since 2020.

We have been providing ČSTPS with free legal services since 2005. We represented ČSTPS in a much publicised case concerning its unwarranted removal from the Czech Paralympic Committee, renewal of its membership in the Committee and in the related case of prohibited participation of all Czech disabled athletes at the Paralympic Games in London in 2012.
