David Vosol is a partner in bpv BRAUN PARTNERS and a leader of the banking and financial law team. In addition, he focuses on the M&A, restructuring, litigations and arbitrations, real estate law and energy law. Since 2006, Mr Vosol is a lecturer at the IPFM and the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University in Prague. Throughout his practise, he has taken part in a number of transactions and the prestigious rating publications European Legal 500 and IFLR 1000 recommend him as an expert in the area of banking and financial law.
